Tailor Me

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

  • Scope

    The General Terms and Conditions of Tailor Me AG apply to all orders in the online shop www.tailorme.ch. The illustrations, products, information and dimension descriptions contained in the online shop website of Tailor Me AG are non-binding and may differ from the actual articles.

  • Conclusion of contract and rescission

    When the customer finishes an order process and sends Tailor Me AG one or more order(s), a contractual relationship exists between Tailor Me AG and the customer pursuant to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

    Tailor Me AG, as well as the customer, may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. A cancellation notice must be given in writing within the transaction day +2 days, which can also be done by email.

  • Shipping/Delivery

    Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

    Orders are dispatched by DPD and only to Switzerland. The delivery period from the time of the order is usually 2 to 5 business days.

    Customers ordering their own creations in the “Design Lab” will receive a written confirmation of the order receipt within 1 business day, as well as an approximate delivery date. This will be between 18 and 24 days after receipt of the order. Please note, we will dispatch all items in a single order together. Hence, the delivery date of the items in the order is determinded by the item that takes longest time to be delivered.

  • Right of return

    Ordered articles can be returned free of charge to Tailor Me AG within 14 days from the date on the delivery note. The items must be returned with the enclosed return note to the specified address. Only items which are completely undamaged and in an impeccable, unworn condition will be taken back.

    In particular worn, soiled, damaged, or unpleasant- smelling articles cannot be taken back.

    Neither may “made to measure” articles produced at the customer’s request be returned.

  • Return Policy

    For returing the goods, please proceed as follows:

    a.) Pack the goods back into a carton box.

    b.) Please inform us your preferred pick up address (home, office, etc.) as well as date/time convenient for you.

    c.) Tailor Me instructs DPD to arrange the pick up.

  • Notification of defects

    For all products purchased at the Tailor Me online shop, the guarantee period is 24 months from the date on which the goods leave our premises. The guarantee covers all defects occurring within the agreed guarantee period, provided that these are demonstrably caused by bad material or faulty fabrication. However, the liability is limited to the repair, replacement or remuneration of the defective goods, at the option of the guarantor.

    Further claims of the buyer are excluded.

    In particular, Tailor Me is not liable for damages caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.

  • Payment

    This is done as requested in the web shop. Unpaid goods belong to Tailor Me AG until paid in full. Advance payment is made in the e-shop using approved credit cards.

  • Warranty

    It is expressly determined in Swiss legislation that warranties must be sent by registered mail to Tailor Me AG.

    In the case of complaints regarding quality, a simple email is sufficient and Tailor Me AG will try to find a solution.

  • Privacy Policy

    All data required for ordering will be stored and kept confidential by us. This data is not provided to third parties.

    Payment data is transmitted encrypted and NOT stored.

    The customer can at any time request the deletion of his data by a simple request, which is then immediately confirmed by Tailor Me AG. This is as noted under Privacy Policy.

  • Amendments and various provisions

    Tailor Me AG reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The current version, published under www.tailorme.ch, is valid.

  • Place of jurisdiction

    Swiss law only, with jurisdiction in Glattbrugg, applies.
