FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ordered items can be returned free of charge to Tailor Me AG within 14 days from the date indicated on the delivery note, as long as they are in perfect condition and unworn, with the enclosed DPD return form.

The tagged return package can either be picked up by DPD at your home or you can place it in a desired pickup parcelshop from DPD. You can find some acceptance points here: www.dpd.ch/shopfinder

However, if you prefer a pick up at your home, write us a short email with the date, time and the exact address where the package can be picked up to the following email address: info@tailorme.ch

In case of a legitimate return, for which you have already made a payment, write us an email to info@tailorme.ch with your bank details, so that we can arrange a re-transfer of the paid amount. The repayment will be effected as soon as the returned item has arrived with us and the return is accepted.

Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge.
Orders are sent via DPD and only to addresses within Switzerland. The delivery period from the time of order placement is usually 2 to 5 working days.
For your customized orders in the “Design Lab”, you will get a written confirmation once the order is received by us. The delivery time for customized items is normally between 18 – 24 working days.

Please make a prepayment in the e-shop over offered credit card systems.
